SMS Terms — DOXAZO Field Alerts

These terms apply to DOXAZO Field Alerts, the text-message program operated by DOXAZO LLC (“DOXAZO,” “we,” “us”).

1. Program description

DOXAZO Field Alerts are operational text messages from DOXAZO LLC to its employees, field crews and subcontractor crew members, such as:

• truck inspection reminders
• failed-inspection alerts
• urgent safety incident alerts
• job-related notices

We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by giving DOXAZO your mobile number during onboarding, or when your user profile is set up in the DOXAZO Field Operations app, and agreeing to receive these alerts. Receiving texts is optional: the same alerts are also available in the app.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies (typically up to 10 messages per month).

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. To opt back in, reply START, or ask your DOXAZO administrator to turn your text alerts back on.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send DOXAZO Field Alerts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

DOXAZO: Truck check due for TRK-12 this month. File it in the app. Reply STOP to opt out.
